Trial Participation & Liability Release
By purchasing the $27 trial offer from Impact Martial Athletics, the purchaser acknowledges that participation in martial arts, boxing, self-defense, fitness, and athletic performance training involves inherent risks, including physical injury, serious injury, permanent disability, or death.
The purchaser understands and agrees that participation is voluntary and that all participants, including minors, participate at their own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, the purchaser agrees to release and hold harmless Impact Martial Athletics, AOBW HOLDING LLC, its owners, directors, coaches, instructors, employees, contractors, and representatives from claims arising from the inherent risks associated with participation in trial classes and related activities.
Parents and legal guardians acknowledge their responsibility for authorizing their minor kid’s participation and ensuring the kid is physically capable of participating. Any release of claims involving a minor is limited to the extent authorized by Florida Statute §744.301.
This provision applies to both trial classes and all related trial activities. All participants must complete a separate liability waiver before participating in their first class.
By purchasing the trial offer, the purchaser acknowledges these Terms of Service and understands that participation is subject to the completion of the required liability waiver.
